Q1: Are your products ready-made or custom?
A: All of our products are made-to-order. Each item is printed individually based on your request once the order is placed.
Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your item goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Q3: How do I know what size to order?
A: We provide detailed size charts on each product page. Please review them carefully before ordering, as we do not offer exchanges for size-related issues.

Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The estimated delivery timeline is:

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q6: How much is shipping?
A: We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all U.S. orders.
Q7: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also track your package on our Order Tracking Page.

Q8: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Q9: My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
A: Please email us at support@hamigo.top within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments via Stripe and PayPal, processed securely.
